i.   Extract the contents of RUSTED.zip  to a location of your choice. 
ii.  Copy/cut and paste Rusted.asl file into Styles folder of  your Photoshop program. 
iii. Open Photoshop 
iv.  Create a new document 
v.   Click on the Styles palette 
vi.  Click the arrow on the top right side of the palette 
vii. Click Load Styles 
viii.Find the previously extracted file 
ix.  Double click the set 
x.   Create a new layer 
xi.  Click a style on the palette 
xii. Draw or add text/shapes to the layer 
NOTE : Scaled at 300 dpi
