Open the zip file in WinZip
Click EXTRACT
Verify that ALL FILES is checked
Verify that USE FOLDER NAMES is checked
Extract the folder to your Poser directory and Winzip 
should create the path to the files.

Building 4 in the series is a very detailed model that still
maintains a reasonable polycount and high quality textures.
