Installation Instructions:

For Poser, unzip the ZIP-files into your Poser directory. Open Poser.

1. To load .pp2 files go to Runtime\Libraries\Props\Blue Tree Studio\Modular Mansion 2 Study and then choose from either the Modular or Standalone folders.
2. To change materials, enter the Material Room, go to the folder Blue Tree Studio\Modular Mansion 2 Study, select between MM2 Opulent or MM2 Abandoned and, with the object selected, click on the relevant material setting.
3. Setup your scene, lights, and render settings to your liking. 
4. Render your Scene!

============Usage tips=================
Images may appear different than in promos when using different lighting and render settings.
If using The Study in conjunction with other Modular Mansion sets, the rooms may be loaded in any order, but always add props from the Modular folder rather than the Standalone.
