Gorodin's SF Uniforms II for Michael's Bodysuit [Remapped] files (c)2002 Gorodin (Chris McQuistin) ********************************* IMPORTANT!! You will need to purchase Michael's Bodysuit (Part of Michael's Clothing Pack 2) from DAZ (www.daz3d.com) in order to use these textures These textures apply to a remapped version of Michael's Bodysuit. They should apply to any version that was remapped using UVMapper with the standard planar mapping options. SciFiGuy's SFG Bodysuit uses this mapping and I believe SturkWurk's Remapped Michael Bodysuit also uses this mapping. You can also follow these simple steps to remap your own Michael's Bodysuit using Steve Cox's UVMapper: 1. Download and install Steve Cox's UVMapper from http://www.uvmapper.com/ 2. Launch UVMapper 3. >File>Load Model... 4. When the file dialog opens, navigate to your main Poser directory, then to "Runtime:Geometries:DAZClothing:MilMan" and open "blBodySuit.obj" 5. >Edit>New UV Map>Planar 6. In the Planar Mapping dialog, accept all the defaults and click the "OK" button. 7. >File>Save Model... 8. In the OBJ Export Options dialog, accept all the defaults and click the "OK" button. 9. In the Save OBJ... dialog, save the file as "blBodySuit_remap.obj" 10. Close UV Mapper. 11. Find the bodysuit .cr2 file "Body Suit.cr2" in "Runtime:libraries:character:Michael's Clothing". Open the .cr2 file using a text editor. 12. Replace all occurences of "blBodySuit.obj" with "blBodySuit_remap.obj" (use search and replace) 13. Save the changed file as "Body Suit Remap.cr2" 14. Duplicate "Body Suit.rsr" and rename it "Body Suit Remap.rsr" When you open Poser, there should be a new Body Suit Remap in your Michael's Clothing figures rollout. Apply your Gorodin Bodysuit textures to this new bodysuit. ********************************* ********************************* Poser 4 Users - IMPORTANT!! In order to save bandwidth the .bum files were not included in this .zip file. You must generate the .bum files within Poser before applying these material poses. You can generate the .bum file by going to the materials dialog and loading a bump map. When prompted to select a bump map file, select one of the bumpmaps in the GorodinTextures folder (Runtime/textures/GorodinTextures). You will only need to do this once for each of the three bump map files: - MCatSFUniformB016.jpg - MCatSFUniformB021.jpg - MCatSFUniformB026.jpg ********************************* These are maps and material poses for Gorodin's SF Uniforms II for Michael's Bodysuit [Remapped] texture pak. I have zipped these files to unzip into the correct folders in Windows OS. Direct Winzip to your Poser4 directory and extract using folder names.
