Product description:

12 Mud Tracks PBR Textures with Texture Maps.

This set of PBR Textures has been created from my own photographs. Texture maps have been created in accordance with Gaming Industry standards and include the following maps:

12 x Albedo Textures;
12 x Normal Maps;
12 x Glossiness Maps;
12 x Roughness Maps;
12 x Height Maps that can also be used as Displacement or Bump maps. Please keep in mind that if you use the Displacement maps in Iray, the mesh will be distorted. 

All maps measure 2048 x 2048 and tile seamless. You can use it for all commercial and non-commercial projects. The original files may not be resold, given away in free products or claimed as your own or easily extracted.

Installation Instructions:

 - Run WinZip (making sure "use folder names" is checked in WinZip) and extract the folder into your choice.
