Directions:
Extract the files into the specified folders:
Put the dsf files into \data\VanishingPoint\WilburBridge\WilburBridge\
Put the duf/ png (figure files) into \Environments\VanishingPoint\WilburBridge\
Put the duf/ png (material files) into \Environments\VanishingPoint\WilburBridge\Wilbur Bridge Materials\
Put the gif files (templates) into \Runtime\Templates\
Put the jpg files (textures) into \Runtime\Textures\VP\wilburbridge\

Notes:
1) The gif files are not used on the model: they are included in case you want to make your own textures.

Using the figure:
1) Start DAZ Studio.
2) Go to the Props > VanishingPoint > Wilbur Bridge Library.
3) Add the WilburBridge to your scene.
4) Add people to your scene to suit your taste.
5) Pose the people to suit your taste: either standing at the stations or walking.

Pose Control dials to open and close the doors are located on the Body part.

Additional material presets can be found in the Wilbur Bridge Materials folder.

Hint:
Try experimenting with the Windows and Viewscreen materials. For example, make them glass and see outside the bridge set, though make sure you have a background image or something to see.
