Product description: These Photoshop brushes were created with the beginner and advanced manga artist in mind. Whether you work solely in digital format or in traditional format, these brushes will help you to quickly build backgrounds and backdrops for your storyboards so you can spend more time on the good stuff, the actual story! There are 64 tree brushes that range from tall to short, living and dead, with a definite hint of Asia to them (we are based in Japan so we see a lot of these here!). You can change how dark they are, whether or not you want to color them if you plan on using them in animation storyboards, your imagination is the limit on how to create using them! This manga starter pack is part of a series which will allow artists to quickly build nature scenes, urban scenes, sky and space and also there will be a storyboard build helper brush set.
System requirements: PC/MAC and Photoshop CS5 or later 
Installation instructions: To install brushes, download and save the .zip file to the location where you keep your other photoshop brushes or directly under the ‘brushes’ submenu in your photoshop file. Unzip the file and then add the brush set into your presets in Photoshop so they are easily accessible.
Usage tips/limitations: The only limitation to these brushes is your imagination so feel free to use them anyway you like. As these are created for manga artists looking to make quick work of backgrounds and screen tones so that they can put their story boards together quicker, they are naturally in a greyscale format. That does not mean they can’t be colored though, through custom painting, in Photoshop if you want to do digital manga animation. In other words, these brushes can be used in storyboards where the boards will become colored animation by simply painting onto them. These brushes are for PHOTOSHOP CS and CC versions only and will not work in other programs such as Procreate, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop ELEMENTS.
