Product Name : Sweet Something and 7 Styles for PE ********************************************************************************** © Copyright 2018 Kerstin Weihe (karanta) All Rights Reserved The product was designed on a PC with Windows 7 and not tested on a MAC. *********************************************************************************** All of the content in this package was created by karanta. ****************************************************************************** The prop cloth in this set can only be used in the Poser Cloth Room. The material settings in this product are optimized for Poser 11 / SuperFly renderer. There are also material setting included for FireFly, but the render will look a bit different to the SuperFly render. Please have a look at all promo images for examples. If you render with FireFly, it's neccessary that you activate "IDL" (Indirect Light) and "Raytracing" in your render settings. "Use displacement maps" needs to be checked in your render settings and "Gamma correction" needs to be set to "2.20" (default render settings) The SuperFly renders on my promo images were rendered with Snarly Gribblys free EZ Dome The FireFly renders on my promo images were rendered with the IDL Studio Dome and Lights. =================================================================================================== Included in this set are: - Clothing Item (smart prop / dynamic clothing) - 07 Material settings for SuperFly (mc6) - 07 Material settings for FireFly (mc6) - 7 texture sets (Base Color / Height / Metallic / Normal / Roughness) all 4096 x 4096 pixel The dress has an external obj file in the geometries folder. Unzip all files to your Poser Runtime Directory. =================================================================================================== ::::::::::: Usage notes for PE ::::::::::: Please follow these steps for your first clothing simulation, or have a look at your Poser manual if you are not familiar with the Cloth Room: Load Project Evolution (PE) into your scene: - Click on PE then in the Menue on "Figure --> Use Inverse Kinematics" and make sure all is unchecked. - Click on "Figure", select PE and click on "Zero Figure" - Open your props library and load the cloth / clothes into your scene. - Open the Cloth Room and click on "New simulation" - You can leave the setting as they are or if you just want to make a quicker try - lower the end frame for example to 15. - Click on "ok" - Click Clothify and choose the cloth / clothes - it / they will be listed under props - then hit Clothify to exit the dialog box. Select Collide Against, then Add/Remove, and choose PE. (The simulation will be quicker if you uncheck all bodyparts which will not affect the cloth) Hit "ok". Back in the Collide Against dialog, make sure that the 'Current Collision Object' has PE displayed. You may want to enable the 'Start draping from zero pose' option. Quick hint on Collide settings: Collision Offset is the distance of the cloth from the collision object and Collision Depth is the thickness of the cloth. Play with these numbers as needed to get the results you want. The default "1.0" is usually way to high. Try something between 0.3 and 0.5 instead. Hit "ok" If you work with the default settings (30 frames), go to about frame 15 - 20 and add a pose to PE. I never apply the pose in the last (30th) frame. You will get nicer and smoother folds if you have some frames after the frame you added the pose. When the simulation is finished and the result is not to your taste, you can always go a few frames back. - Click on "start simulation". It will take a bit time until the simulation will be done. How much time depends on you computer. If you are not satisfied with the result you have, you can play around with the fabric settings. Changes in the settings can give a large difference for the end result of the simulation. I often use different fabric settings for different poses. There is nothing like "best settings" for all poses. Please have a look at your manual for further, detailed informations to get the best settings for the look you want. ::::::::::::::::::: I highly recommend using the Poser morph brush after your simulation if neccessary. In dynamic clothes you will sometimes have wrinkles or strange looking areas which need a little bit of work with the morph brush! ::::::::::::::::::: I hope you will have fun with this set :) Kerstin Weihe / karanta **************************************************************** ..\Documentation\ PE_SweetSomething-karanta.txt Renderosity License.txt ..\Runtime\Geometries\karanta\Evolution\ karanta_PE_SweetSomething.obj ..\Runtime\Libraries\Materials\Evolution\Karanta\PE Sweet Something\FireFly\ 01.mc6 01.png 02.mc6 02.png 03.mc6 03.png 04.mc6 04.png 05.mc6 05.png 06.mc6 06.png 07.mc6 07.png ..\Runtime\Libraries\Materials\Evolution\Karanta\PE Sweet Something\SuperFly\ 01.mc6 01.png 02.mc6 02.png 03.mc6 03.png 04.mc6 04.png 05.mc6 05.png 06.mc6 06.png 07.mc6 07.png ..\Runtime\Libraries\Props\Clothing\Evolution\karanta\ Sweet Something.png Sweet Something.pp2 ..\Runtime\Textures\Karanta\Evolution\karanta_PE_SwSome\ KW_PE_SweetSo_01AO_Map.jpg KW_PE_SweetSo_01BaseColor.png KW_PE_SweetSo_01Height.png KW_PE_SweetSo_01Metallic.png KW_PE_SweetSo_01Normal.png KW_PE_SweetSo_01Roughness.png KW_PE_SweetSo_02BaseColor.png KW_PE_SweetSo_02Height.png KW_PE_SweetSo_02Metallic.png KW_PE_SweetSo_02Normal.png KW_PE_SweetSo_02Roughness.png KW_PE_SweetSo_03BaseColor.png KW_PE_SweetSo_03Height.png KW_PE_SweetSo_03Metallic.png KW_PE_SweetSo_03Normal.png KW_PE_SweetSo_03Roughness.png KW_PE_SweetSo_04BaseColor.png KW_PE_SweetSo_04Height.png KW_PE_SweetSo_04Metallic.png KW_PE_SweetSo_04Normal.png KW_PE_SweetSo_04Roughness.png KW_PE_SweetSo_05BaseColor.png KW_PE_SweetSo_05Height.png KW_PE_SweetSo_05Metallic.png KW_PE_SweetSo_05Normal.png KW_PE_SweetSo_05Roughness.png KW_PE_SweetSo_06BaseColor.png KW_PE_SweetSo_06Height.png KW_PE_SweetSo_06Metallic.png KW_PE_SweetSo_06Normal.png KW_PE_SweetSo_06Roughness.png KW_PE_SweetSo_07BaseColor.png KW_PE_SweetSo_07Height.png KW_PE_SweetSo_07Metallic.png KW_PE_SweetSo_07Normal.png KW_PE_SweetSo_07Roughness.png
