Directions:
Extract the files into the specified folders:
Put the dsf file into \data\VanishingPoint\Aircraft\Aircraft146\
Put the duf/ png (prop) into \Props\VanishingPoint\Aircraft\Aircraft146\
Put the duf/ png (material files) into \Props\VanishingPoint\Aircraft\Aircraft146\Materials\
Put the gif files (templates) into \Runtime\Templates\
Put the jpg files (textures) into \Runtime\Textures\VP\aircraft146\

Notes:
1) The gif files are not used on the model: they are included in case you want to make your own textures.

Using the model:
1) Start DAZ Studio.
2) Go to the DAZ Content > Props > VanishingPoint > Aircraft > Aircraft146 Library.
3) Add the model to your scene.

Extra texture schemes can be found under the Materials folder.
