Product Name : Loretta Dress for La Femme ************************************************************************************* © Copyright 2020 Kerstin Weihe (karanta) --- All Rights Reserved ****************************************************************************** The product was designed on a PC with Windows 7 and not tested on a MAC. ****************************************************************************** All of the content in this package was created by karanta. ****************************************************************************** The prop clothing item in this set can only be used with the Poser Cloth Room. For using this set you need to have Poser 11 and La Femme. =================================================================================================== Included in this set are: - Dress - 14 mc6 material settings - 15 Textures - all 4096 x 4096 pixel Included morphs: - Flat chest - Skirt Length - Skirt Bottom Width The clothing items have external obj files in the geometries folder. =================================================================================================== Usage: Unzip all files to your Poser Runtime Directory. Load La Femme into your scene: - Click on the woman, then in the Menue on "Figure --> Use Inverse Kinematics" and make sure all is unchecked. - Click on "Figure", select the woman and click on "Zero Figure" - Open your props library and load the cloth / clothes into your scene. - Open the Cloth Room and click on "New simulation" - The settings can stay default or you can change them for your needs. - Cloth self collision needs to be checked! - Click on "ok" - Click Clothify and choose the cloth / clothes. It / they will be listed under props - then hit Clothify to exit the dialog box. Select Collide Against, then Add/Remove, and choose the woman. (The simulation will be quicker if you only check the bodyparts which will be affected by the cloth) Hit "ok". Back in the Collide Against dialog, make sure that the 'Current Collision Object' has the woman displayed. You may want to enable the 'Start draping from zero pose' option. Quick hint on Collide settings: Collision Offset is the distance of the cloth from the collision object and Collision Depth is the thickness of the cloth. Play with these numbers as needed to get the results you want. The default "1.0" is usually way to high. Try something between 0.2 and 0.5 instead. Hit "ok" If you work with the default settings (30 frames), go to about frame 15 - 20 and add a pose to the woman. I never apply the pose in the last (30th) frame. You will get nicer and smoother folds if you have some frames after the frame you added the pose. When the simulation is finished and the result is not to your taste, you can always go a few frames back. - Click on "start simulation". If you are not satisfied with the result you have, you can play around with the fabric settings. Changes in the settings can give a large difference for the end result of the simulation. I often use different fabric settings for different poses. There is nothing like "best settings" for all poses. Please have a look at your manual for further, detailed informations about the cloth room. ::::::::::::::::::: I highly recommend using the Poser morph brush - after your simulation is finished - if necessary. With dynamic clothes you will sometimes have wrinkles, sharp folds or strange looking areas which need a little bit of work with the morph brush! You will often get the best results with a large brush and small settings. ::::::::::::::::::: ------> Possible problem <----- For example: In frame 1 of your simulation you applied a morph to the cloth / clothes. When your simulation is finished something looks off, poke through may happen. Solution: Select the clothing item and change the morph back to 0 (zero). Everything will be ok again :) ::::::::::::::::::: I hope you will have fun with this set :) Kerstin Weihe / karanta **************************************************************** Product list: ..\Documentation\ La Femme Loretta Dress karanta.txt Renderosity License.txt ..\Runtime\Geometries\karanta\ karanta_LF_LorettaDress.obj ..\Runtime\Libraries\Materials\La Femme\Clothing\karanta\Loretta Dress\ 01.mc6 01.png 02.mc6 02.png 03.mc6 03.png 04.mc6 04.png 05.mc6 05.png 06.mc6 06.png 07.mc6 07.png 08.mc6 08.png 09.mc6 09.png 10.mc6 10.png 11.mc6 11.png 12.mc6 12.png 13.mc6 13.png 14.mc6 14.png ..\Runtime\Libraries\Props\La Femme\Clothing\karanta\ Lora Dress.pp2 Loretta Dress.png ..\Runtime\Textures\Karanta\LF Loretta Dress\ karanta_LF_LorettaDress_B.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T01.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T02.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T03.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T04.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T05.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T06.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T07.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T08.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T09.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T10.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T11.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T12.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T13.jpg karanta_LF_LorettaDress_T14.jpg
