This modern villa with a pool is perfect for your characters to take a dip in the water, or just relax like on a holiday, or hold a pool party and invite your friends over.

There are chairs, stools, pool swings, and doors that can be used to  be operated with a simple dial. The upstairs is not accessible and used for external use. The ground level contains 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, toilet, dining area, lounge area, and serving area. 

There are 6 sets of lights, including the pool lights which can be adjusted to suit your needs.

Great for both daytime and nighttime renders.
