Directions:
Extract the files into the specified folders:
Put the dsf file into \data\3D&D\Moonbase Alpha\
Put the duf/ png (clothing) into \People\Genesis 8 Male\3D&D\Sci Fi\Moonbase Alpha\
Put the duf/ png (materials) into \People\Genesis 8 Male\3D&D\Sci Fi\Moonbase Alpha\Materials\
Put the gif files (templates) into \Runtime\Templates\
Put the jpg files (textures) into \Runtime\Textures\3DnD\MBAUniformS1\DAZ\

Notes:
1) The bmp files are not used on the model: they are included in case you want to make your own textures.

Using the figure:
1) Start DAZ Studio.
2) Add your favorite Genesis 8.1 character to the scene
3) Go to the DAZ Content > Genesis 8 Male > 3D&D > Sci Fi > Moonbase Alpha Library.
4) Drag the clothing to your character.
5) Pose the character to suit your taste.

To change the colors:
1) Select the shirt.
2) Go to the DAZ Content > Genesis 8 Male > 3D&D > Sci Fi > Moonbase Alpha > Materials library.
3) Apply any of the corresponding files.
