Directions:
Extract the files into the specified folders:
Put the dsf file into \data\VanishingPoint\MiddleEastBuildings\
Put the duf/ png into \Props\VanishingPoint\Arteria3D\MiddleEastBuildings\
Put the gif files (templates) into \Runtime\Templates\MiddleEastBuildings6DS\
Put the jpg files (textures) into \Runtime\Textures\VP\Arteria3D\MiddleEastSet\

Using the figure:
1) Start DAZ Studio.
2) Go to the DAZ Content > Props > Vanishing Point > Arteria3D > MiddleEastBuildings Library.
3) Add the model to your scene.
Optional:
4) Continue adding other models to your scene.

This set works great with the other Middle East Buildings and Middle East Palm Trees.
