Simply load the character and apply the desired material preset.

Note:
In some specific lighting setups or extreme render conditions, small rendering artifacts such as white or red noise may appear. 
If this happens, it is recommended to disable the displacement map for the affected surfaces. 
This issue is related to certain lighting/render combinations and not to the material preset itself.
