Notes: A species belonging to the genus Yucca with a tree-like in appearance. It is native to the arid Southwestern United States and is confined mostly to the Mojave Desert between 400 and 1,800m elevation. It thrives in the open grasslands. Joshua trees grow quickly for a desert species; new seedlings may grow at an average rate of 7.6cm per year in their first 10 years, then about 3.8cm per year. The trunk consists of thousands of small fibres and lacks annual growth rings, making determining the tree's age difficult. This tree has a top-heavy branch system, and a broad root system. If it survives the rigors of the desert, it can live for several hundred years. New plants can grow from seed, but in some populations, new stems grow from underground rhizomes that spread out around the parent tree. Included in this Package: 18 models in total 1. Standard 1. The models will appear as Props. Also present are all the material presets used in all models. This will allow you to load a different material overwriting the default. For example, you may load a "Dread Tree" model, select one of the dead foliage materials in the material editor and overwrite it with and autumn material. Please note that this is an example and this product may not include a "Dead Tree" model or "Autumn" material; the principle is the same though for any model or material.
