POSER 4 USERS: BUM maps are NOT converted. You MUST CONVERT these files prior to your first use of Nighthawks:

(In the :RUNTIME:TEXTURES:NOTUNG:POSERTOWN folder you must change the following:

01-ESM folder: cashregisterb.jpg, ceilingfixtureb.jpg, cornerb.jpg, counterb.jpg, Streetb.JPG and streetlightb.jpg.
02-NH folder:  napkinb.JPG, nh-doorsb.jpg, nh-miscb.jpg, nh-roofb.jpg and nh-wall2b.jpg
03-CCD folder: napkin_holderb.jpg

TO INSTALL:

 1. Copy the "Runtime" folder to your Poser Directory. This may overwrite duplicate prop files and textures if you have "Early Sunday Morning" or "Cream Can Diary" installed.  There is no danger in overwriting these, unless you have made alterations to them.  In that case, make sure to copy them to a safe directory or rename them fist.
 2. Delete the version you don't want in Props (p4=Poser 4 or ppp=Poser Pro Pack) 
 3. Then for Poser 4 users, convert the xxxx_B.jpg files to xxxx_B.bum files, likewise xxxxb.jpg should be made into xxxxb.bum files

TO USE:
=======

Always use the "Nighthawks-1" prop when moving the building. There are many smaller props (such as doors) attached to it. The Street/sidewalk is loaded separate and should be placed adjacent to the doors.


In addition, in the texture folder there are aged and abandonded maps.  To use these maps; replace in the Poser material editor "nh-counter.jpg" with "abd-nh-counter.jpg" for example to recreate an abandoned look.

There are several light sets to help you light the interior of the building. There also are props for the model found in the props:posertown folder.

KNOWN ISSUES:
=============
While Poser 4 and and Poser Pro Pack will render Nighthawks perfectly....for some reason some problems do appear in Poser 5.  It produced some black sections on the mapped "green" walls by the curved window and entry doorway. If a solution is discovered, there will be an update.
