Requires:

Poser version 4.0.3, Pro Pack or Poser5 for PC or Macintosh.

Macintosh users should enlist the aid of two free utilities for easiest installation:
  Poser Maconverter (current version: 1.1.8)
  Poser Macinstaller (current version: 1.0.6)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Locate your Poser 4 folder on your hard drive. With a "normal" Poser install the Poser 4 folder is usually found under c:\program files\metacreations or under c:\program files\curious labs.

Inside your Poser 4 folder, locate the subfolder "Runtime \ Geometries". Create a sub-folder entitled "CmdCtrlEsc" and copy the "Maglev.obj" geometry file into this folder.

Inside your Poser 4 folder, locate the subfolder "Runtime \ Libraries \ character". Copy the "Maglev Cycle" folder into the "Runtime \ Libraries \ character" folder.

Inside your Poser 4 folder, locate the subfolder "Runtime \ Libraries \ Pose". Copy the "Maglev" folder into the "Runtime \ Libraries \ Pose" folder.

Inside your Poser 4 folder, locate the subfolder "Runtime \ Textures". Create a sub-folder entitled "CmdCtrlEsc" and copy the "Maglev_Bike" textures folder into the "Runtime \ Textures \ CmdCtrlEsc" folder.

Alternately (and much easier), unzip then archive to your Poser 4 directory using the "Use folder names" option in Winzip. This will create the necessary folders and subfolders and unzip the files into their appropriate locations.

USAGE TIPS:

The Maglev will give the best results if you have the figure's "Use Limits" option selected. This will restrict the rotation of the wheel to its logical axis.

The pose files included for the various P4 and Millenium figures will apply to the figures and place them into a "riding" position on the cycle. Turn off all IK before applying the poses.

About parenting the bike to a figure: Place the cycle into the scene, then place and position your figure using one of the pose files or your own pose. After the figure is positioned with the cycle upright, parent the cycle to the the figure's hip. After this, you can position/lean the figure and cycle as one unit.
