"Gregori Vandenberg is of Dutch descent. Sometimes in their dreams they would remember their old life on the Continent, especially Gregori being the elder, and would occasionally get brief flashes of memories of their real parents. Sam and Jessica waited until Devoss had reached his 20th birthday. They knew then that the time had come to tell them the truth - that their parents had been assassinated, and they would have been too had it not been for a fortunate twist of fate - their mother had been taken ill a few days earlier and was unable to look after them so they had been staying with distant relatives, many miles away when Eugenius and Saskia - Count and Countess Vandenberg had been ruthlessly butchered by evil rival Baron Groot Van Eych The brothers were given the small amount of family belongings that had been salvaged after the massacre - which didn't amount to much. From that day, they took back their family name and swore to seek revenge on the evil Baron for the murder of their parents and to take back what was rightfully theirs."
