Once installed your crutches will be found in the new OBstuff section of your Props library. The Hand Poses will be found in the new Obstuff section of your Hands library and the Poses in the new Obstuff section of your Poses library.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How to use them:

Select the figure in your scene who is in need of crutches (this is to ensure that the smart prop crutches attach to the correct figure). Select a crutch from the Props window, then click the arrow at the bottom that says "Apply library preset". The crutch should attach itself to the figure's arm.

The crutches are sized appropriately for Victoria 1 or 2, Mike and P4 woman. Other figures and different shoe heights can be accommodated by adjusting the "Lengthen" dial. Adjust the "Cuffsize" dial to accommodate muscular arms or bulky clothing.

Hand poses are included, you will have to turn off "figure/Use limits" before applying them. The crutches are parented to the figure's forearms. After the crutches and hand poses are correctly applied you can change this and make the hand the parent if you prefer.

Bump Map

To retain compatibility between Poser 4.03 and Pro Pack the bump map for the rubber hand grips has not been applied in the included .pp2 files. Simply use the included texture file CrutchTex.jpg as the bump map to fully detail the model. You'll find it in the Runtime\textures\Obstuff folder. Then take a close look at those handgrips, they're pretty cool.

Have fun!
