Instructions:
Extract the .zip folder into your Poser directory.
Load up Anime Doll Kit by MayaX (may work with other figures with minor tweaking).
Look for Anime'S Dance in your pose directory.
Apply wanted pose.
To apply the bonus Julia face, apply the Julia expression in Taurus' Julia in your face/expressions directory.
