To run the updater, you must have Project Dogwaffle 2.0 or later installed 
on your computer.  To install, extract the Dogwaffle_3_0_Update.exe from the 
archive and run it.  You will be presented with a very simple dialog box 
that will allow you to install the update.
You may select the destination directory if the correct path is not 
automatically selected by pressing the browse button.
Once installed, run Project Dogwaffle as usual.  Here are just a few of the 
new features you will enjoy:

New photographic filters.
New Auto balance filter.
New combine modes.
New gradient types.
New Lightning bolt tool.
New Filmstrip mode for animation.
Scan animation frames from a twain source.
