As everyone knows, I have a fondness for Ancient Egypt.. so its no surprise that I would insist on making a V3 character based on an Egyptian Princess. Ive also included 5 backdrop props, all of which are handpainted, as well as 5 Egyptian Backgrounds which were built in Bryce. --------------- Set Includes: 5 Egyptian Backgrounds 6 Mat Injectors 1 Morph Injector 1 Morph Remove 5 Props 18 Textures All libraries have rendered icons for P4 and P5. Should you have problems seeing the rendered icons, refer to the end of this readme for troubleshooting. --------------- Instructions For Use: You must own Victoria 3 to apply the Inj files. Simply open V3 from your figures and go to "Poses:NilePrincess." Click on whichever injection you would like to apply (either MAT or Morphs) and voila! You must also own both the head and morph packs for V3, also sold at www.daz3d.com, in order to use the morph inj thats included. There are also 5 poses included... to apply each one, click those icons. To use the Props, open your libraries and browse to "NilePrincess" in each. Click on the icons to load them. The backgrounds that are included may be stored anywhere on your hardrive, since they are not library reliant. I recommend putting them someplace where you wont forget them. Please note: No Postwork was done on the promo images, except for hair --------------- This zip file does not contain: Victoria 3 Clothing props and Architecture used in Promo 1 This zip file contains the following files: This readme file and rendo readme Egyptian Backgrounds: SacredTemple.jpg SaharaDesert.jpg TempleOfKarnak.jpg TombOfAnubis.jpg TombOfSemerkhet.jpg Poses:NilePrincess +Apply_Morphs+.pz2 +Apply_Morphs+.rsr +Apply_Morphs+.png +Rem_Morphs+.pz2 +Rem_Morphs+.rsr +Rem_Morphs+.png Apply_Hiero_MAT.pz2 Apply_Hiero_MAT+.rsr Apply_Hiero_MAT.png Apply_Natural_MAT.pz2 Apply_Natural_MAT+.rsr Apply_Natural_MAT.png Apply_Scorpion_MAT.pz2 Apply_Scorpion_MAT+.rsr Apply_Scorpion_MAT.png BrownEyes.pz2 BrownEyes.rsr BrownEyes.png GreenEyes.pz2 GreenEyes.rsr GreenEyes.png HazelEyes.pz2 HazelEyes.rsr HazelEyes.png Props:NilePrincess Cartouche.pp2 Cartouche.rsr Cartouche.png Goddess.pp2 Goddess.rsr Goddess.png Isis.pp2 Isis.rsr Isis.png Mayet.pp2 Mayet.rsr Mayet.png Nekhbet.pp2 Nekhbet.rsr Nekhbet.png Textures: Lash&BrowTrans.jpg Cartouche.jpg Goddess.jpg Isis.jpg Mayet.jpg Nekhbet.jpg BrownEyeL.jpg BrownEyeR.jpg GreenEyeL.jpg GreenEyeR.jpg HazelEyeL.jpg HazelEyeR.jpg HorusEye.jpg HieroBody.jpg ScorpionHead.jpg ScorpionBod.jpg NilePrincessHead.jpg NilePrincessBody.jpg They should be unzipped into their proper folders. You can find your curious labs folder for Poser in c:\program files. The paths to place the files are these: Poses go in: CuriousLabs\Poser4\Runtime\Libraries\Pose\NilePrincess Props go in: CuriousLabs\Poser4\Runtime\Libraries\Props\NilePrincess Textures go in: CuriousLabs\Poser4\Runtime\Textures\VisualXTC\V3NilePrincess In case you're not used to installing poser files, an easy way to install this is to open your curious labs folder and this archive both at the same time and follow the paths exactly. Just pull the actual folders containing all the files over into each corresponding library directly from this zip. If you're still lost, feel free to ask me how. Ill be glad to walk anyone through it. ---------------- Troubleshooting rendered icons in your Poser library: While rendered icons arent necessary to use the packs, some people do like to have them. The problem is the different ways merchants do icons often conflicts between different versions of poser cause them to react differently. This part of the readme will hopefully resolve those problems. Just look to your version of Poser to see how you can fix any issues you might be having with them. Poser 4 - This version of poser uses rsr's to generate an icon image. By default, Poser will create one that is a raw version of the model you saved. Merchants often render seperate images and make more decorated icons for all the libraries. These rsr's are converted using a special program that converts pict files into rsr format. I have never heard of any issues to date with these being used, except that they may or may not work if youre using Poser 5. It is for that reason I also include png files in the pack folders as well. The png's should not conflict with the rsr's if you leave them in the folders, as long as youre using Poser 4 or Poser 5. And if the rsr's dont work and you have Poser 5, the png's will. Poser 4 Pro pack - Png's in the folders can cause the rendered icons not to work properly, as they are generated from rsr's like Poser 4... the difference though with pro pack is, having png's in the folders with the rsrs will cause them to conflict with the rsr's and will generate an odd looking icon in its place. To resolve this issue, just delete all the png files in the folders, leaving the rsr's only. Poser 5 - Some have reported that poser 5 necessitates the use of png's to generate rendered icons, while others have said their poser 5 works fine with just the converted rsr's. It is for this reason I include both converted rsr's and png files for all the icons. You shouldnt have any issues with this pack since I include both and Ive never heard of any conflicts occuring, like with pro pack, to date.... however I will advise against deleting the rsr's - it isnt known unto me whether or not the model will work without it. Best to just leave everything in its place. You can always play around by moving the files around to see if you can resolve any issues I havent covered in this readme. Remember, anything that you do delete, whether by accident or on purpose, can be recovered from your original zip file, should you delete something of importance. I hope this helps. ---------------- No restrictions apply to this pack, other than distribution or editing thereof being strictly prohibited without written consent.
