To use Selirra you need: 
* Poser 4, Propack, Poser 5, or Poser 6 (rsr and png included)
   (Note to Poser5 SP4 users: if you have trouble viewing the product thumbnails within the
   program, please close Poser, delete the .PNG files from the Runtime/Libraries/Pose/Ylena
   directory, and then restart Poser.  This is apparently because SR4 has trouble reading SR3
   .PNG files.)
* Victoria 3 SAE (figure and update available FREE at Daz3d.com)
* V3 head and body morphs (available at Daz3d.com)
* Stephanie 3 Petite (available at Daz3D.com)
* S3 head and body morphs (available at Daz3d.com)

As well as:
* MacConverter (www.softrabbit.com) if you are a mac user

* load your V3 or S3
* go to your pose library
* choose 'Selirra'
* click on the INJ/REM Poses
