The files are designed for, and will work optimally with DAZ's Victoria 3.
They have been tested with and will work fairly well with Victoria 1 and 2,Michael 1 and 2,Daz David, Stephanie 3, Stephanie 3 Petite, the standard P4 male and female characters, and the P6 Stock figures.

Extract the contents of the zip file to your Poser Installation.
By default the files will extract to Runtime/Libraries/Pose/BodyLanguage

After Installing, start Poser and load a character. As a general rule, make sure that inverse kinematics and Use limits functions are turned off.
