1)"B.S.L.Lights" create; realistic shadows, radiosity, global illumination..."B.S.L.Lights" will give life to your subject 
2)For perfects results: delete all lights in your scene before using "B.S.L.Lights" and uncheck Ground Plane (in Poser: Display,Guides,Ground Plane)
3)To import aaa3d Back Pictures, go to File\Import\Background Picture, and go to Poser Directory, C:Program Files\Curious Labs\Poser4\Runtime\Textures\AAA3D\BackPictures\
4)Time for your render may be a bit longer compare to usual lights...But you'll really appreciate and won't believe your eyes for the realism and lifelike result of your render...
