2) For other 3d software, just import the 3ds or obj format model file into your scene.

Usage Tips or Limitations:

The obj format is recommended for this model. if you use 3ds fomat model please pay attention to the following:
1) Because the 3ds file only support the old dos 8.3 format file name, the Lavfaucet.JPG file name preserved in 3ds file be cut to Lavfauce.JPG, you either rename the Lavfaucet.JPG to Lavfauce.JPG or reload the Lavfaucet.JPG.
2) 3DS split some vertex/edge for match the UV coordinates, so after import it you need to weld the vertex to get the coorect smooth result.
The unit use in obj model file is 1 unit = 8 feet, in 3ds model file 1 unit = 1 inch.
