Mim's House is the 3rd run down building for the village of Krossing. There is an empty & furnished house model. Walls are separate models so they can be hidden & you can only use the ones you need.  Furniture models are also included separately. 
Both obj & mtl files are included & all textures are applied. 

***Please Note***  This is a wavefront object only & will need to be rescaled for use in Poser or with the Wayside Inn (which is a Poser Prop.) 
Promos were rendered in Poser 4.

Installing: Unzip with WinZip to Folder of your choice. Open Mims House folder in any
program that supports wavefront objects.
