To learn out more about Aery Soul's products and projects and to find out our tutorials and product support check out our forums: http://www.aerysoul.com/forum/ ****************************** Where to find "2035 Girl" clothes and features in your Poser: Figure --> AS-2035Girl: clothes. Pose --> AS-2035GirlMATs: Material poses for the 3 styles. Pose --> AS-2035GirlMorphs: 1-click poses to set the skirt, shirt, pendant and shin bands morphs; deformers MATs and poses. The complete product is split into 2 different products zips, you must install both in order to use it. NOTES/INSTRUCTIONS: - Load Victoria and use the "!-Disable JCM" pose you find in your AS-2035GirlMorphs folder in the poses section to get rid of JCM morphs that may cause poke-throughs. Then load the clothings and conform. - Victoria 3 and skirts don't go along easily so you will experience poke-troughs with most poses, however this can be fixed quickly and easily with the help of the included movement and fix morphs and the 6 magnets of the skirt (the skirt has 2 magnets for the front, 2 for the back and 2 for the sides). Simply use the x-tran, y-tran and z-tran dials to quickly fix any poke-through you may run into. We strongly suggest to use the magnets dials rather than moving them manually with your mouse around the screen for a more effective and precise outcome. Also remember to check the fixer morphs section where you find some morph that can really help with customizing/fixing the movements and possible poke-through. You can check this tutorial thread for some graphic examples and tips: http://www.aerysoul.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=774 - The armpit zone is a very delicate one and you may easily run into poke-through here. Remember to use the appropriate fix morphs to solve such issues. You can check this tutorial thread for some graphic examples and tips: http://www.aerysoul.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=774 - At their default state if you use the stockings together with the boots they will poke-throug them, simply use the "fit boots" morph available for the stockings to avoid any such problem. You will also find some morph that fix the distortion you may have when the side-to-side value of the legs is very high. You can check this tutorial thread for some graphic examples and tips: http://www.aerysoul.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=774 - If you run into any poke-through issue always check the fix morphs included (remember to always set them from the BODY when body morphs are included). You can also use other morphs, the magnets or custom Poser magnet to solve it. - If you're using Kielo or Yaara custom morphs REMEMBER to set the corresponding clothing morphs to 1 (or any other value you set for the character morph), you need to do this manually. To set the morphs always select the BODY of the item and set the body morph to 1 (unless the figure is composed of only one body part: ex hip for the skirt). - when using morphs such as Yaara and Kielo, which are very different from Victoria 3 base, some poke-through may happen with particular poses, in these cases you can either use the included fix morphs, the included magnets, custom Poser magnets and/or the morphs included in the clothes to correct these minor issues/poke-throughs, in some cases you can also use the scale dials of the figures themselves. - 2035 Girl material settings are optimized to work in P5/P6, the Mats are still compatible with previous Poser versions but the final outcome will be different than showed in the promo images. Bump settings both in P4 and ProPack will probably need to be adjusted manually since these settings are much more sensible in P5/P6 therefore are set at very low values and the same is for highlight settings. Also always remember that the final outcome will depend heavily on lights and render settings. Features such as Displacement settings will not work in P4 and ProPack (shirt details, sole) in this case you can use the Displacement MAP as bump map). To P5 and P6 users we strongly reccomend the use of the Firefly engine as the result are far better than with the P4 and because it exploits all the material settings included with the clothings, however the package includes both P6 MATs (AS-2035 GirlMAT) which set the materials with the advanced shader setup shown and used in the promo and that are to be used when you use the firefly rendering engine and P4 MATs (AS-2035 GirlMAT-P4) which include a very basic shader and are to be used with the P6/P4 render engine and with previous Poser versions. _____________ !!! Important for MAC users. The MAC version of Poser has a problem with handling textures that are larger than 4091x4091 in size therefore you may need to reduce the size of all textures larger than 4091x4091 to make them display properly. _____________ Check the TUTORIALS: You can check this tutorial thread for some graphic examples and tips: http://www.aerysoul.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=774 _____________ This product was NOT tested within DAZ Studio, we do not support DAZ Studio at the moment therefore cannot assist with it, most clothing items for Poser do work in D|S as well but you could also run into some issues/problems and some features may not work (morph ready poses, for example, -you'll have to set the morphs manually-) so if you only use D|S be aware of this and that the product may not be fully compatible. POSES - POSES - POSES POSES - POSES - POSES POSES - POSES - POSES The folder "AS-2035GirlMrphs" includes morphs-ready-poses: 1-click MATs to set the various skirt and shirt morphs to 1, it also offers a graphic representation of the morphs you can use as reference to create your custom movements setting and mixing the dials manually. There are 2 kind of morphs: "Sh-" morphs refer to the Shirt "Sk-" morphs refer to the Skirt If you need/want to set the morph to a value lower than 0 you can do this manually. Click on the MAT to set the morph you want. Each MAT pose sets the choosen morph to 1 and all the others (of the same kind -for example shirt poses) to 0. You can manually mix more morphs or customize them using the magnets to create unique morphs that fit your character's pose and your scene and that can create a great sense of dynamism. The morphs were created with Vicky in zeroed position, this means that poke-through may happen when you pose your character, just use other movement morphs and/or the magnets (or custom magnets) to correct such issues. The folder also includes MATs to change the appearance of the Magnets (see below). The folder "AS-2035GirlMATs" includes MAT poses to change the clothes styles, there are 2 different styles you can easily mix and match between them or with other clothing parts you want to use. MAGNETS - MAGNETS - MAGNETS MAGNETS - MAGNETS - MAGNETS MAGNETS - MAGNETS - MAGNETS The skirt has 6 magnets: use the magnets to adjust/customize movement morphs or to quickly create movement morphs from scratch. In the poses folders (AS-2035GirlMrphs) you also find some MATs for an easier fruition of the magnets: * the MAT pose "Edge" will set the magnets to show as edge only * the MAT pose "Full" will set the magnets to show as full * the MAT pose "Hide" will hide the magnets. * the MAT pose "Zero" will reset the magnets to their zeroed default position. - We reccomend to set the Foreground color to Black to better see the magnets. - Poser 6 default for deformers such as magnets is set to "Show Current selection only" [Display--> Deformers], this means that no matter whether the deformers are set to be shown or hidden (we have set the magnet zones and magnet bases to be hidden) in the cr2 or pp2 they will appear when you select a part of the clothing they're linked to. The only way to solve this is to set this option to "Hide All" [Display--> Deformers] rather than "Show current selection only", this means all the deformers are now hidden by default but when working with 2035 Girl (and our other clothes that include the magnets feature) you can use the MATs that set the magnets appearance to edge only or full and they'll show, and this time you will only see the little cones/squares (that is the magnet handles) rather than the magnet zones and bases: 1°- Go to Menu --> Display --> Deformers and choose "Hide All" 2°- Go to your Poses folder, enter the "AS-2035 GirlMrphs" folder and click the "!DefEdge_*" or "!DefFull_*" to make the magnets show up. To hide them once you're done use the "!DefHIDE_*" and to reset them to their zero position use the "!Zeroed_*". Be aware that these poses work on the corresponding magnets even if the corresponding piece of clothing is not selected so even if you're working with Strap number 5, for example, if you by change click on the Zeroing Pose for the number 4 it will be reset. This is important to know because you may not want to reset the wrong magnet. These notes should clear most of your doubts or questions about "2035 Girl" and its features but should you run into any issues or have any doubt and/or suggestion don't hesitate to contact us, we'll be more than glad to help out. support@aerysoul.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All of this product's
