Put them in your e-on software/Vue5/Materials/RenderRocks you can then use them as materials and make adjustments as needed. Some guidelines and instruction for the novice on using the textures: To use as needed; In Vue5 - To apply the texture double click the texture preview to enter the (Basic)material editor. Put a tick on Color Map under Color, click the arrow under the square and Browse to the image for the texture. Then you can save it as a material in a new folder called RendRocks. All the images are called RockTex and are numbered from 1 to 20, so simply save the materials with the same names. Also I would recommend using the Object Parametric mapping mode. These are high quality textures so they work well on fairly smooth terrains towards the foreground where the details and cracks will show. In the Basic Texture Editor you can apply the same image as a bump map and here I'd recommend a quite low setting such as .1 or even .05, for the bump gain. Most of the quality you need is already in the texture image. - In Poser5&6: - - Install images(all 20,from set 1a + 1b) to your Poser Textures folder, i.e. Runtime/textures/RenderRocks - You can then save them as you use them in your Materials folder, i.e. Poser/Runtime/libraries/materials/RenderRockMats/RenderRockset1 - You can apply the texture in the Material Room by clicking the triangle next to the ?mark (top right) and then new node/2D textures/image_map, then click where it says "none" for image source then browse to your RendeRocks1 file and select the file you want. You will see the Image Map node in the control window, and can connect it by clicking and dragging the plug to the Diffuse_Color plug. Do the same to the Specular_Color plug too. Save all the textures as a material too, make a new folder i.e. Runtime/libraries/ materials/RenRockMats, use the same names so you get to know which is which, and from then on they will be easy to apply. Plus Bonus: - 6 Obj(PC only) terrain objects (subtly curved flat plains) 90kbs each. (In Poser please rotate 180 degrees on Y axis after importing so you will see them.)
