Needed:  Poser 4.

Installation:  Extract Zip file into Runtime Directory


Folder names and locations:
runtime/libraries/props/soft_characters

Usage:
load up Victoria 3, go to the Props/Soft_characters folder.  There you'll find a selection of 9 body hair elements which you can double click to place on Victoria.  They're smart props so they attach automatically to the character's hip and will move and pose with them.

The models are very forgiving in terms of positioning, so they work well with all the Poser characters I've tried them on.  For other characters you may need to make slight adjustments to the item's y and z translation.  this is also a good way to show more or less hair.
