Vicky 4 settles in our runtime and has insufficient outfit. First of all you get a makeup kit in "kaiZ-quality".


You get a headtexture which is well adapted (color) for the bodytexture of the original Victoria 4 Skin Maps, 
so you only have to apply make-up and are ready for action. 

Secondly you get a make up layer to play around with to achieve lots of different results.

You can increase the transparency and use effects on every single layer or exchange the colors completely. The are no limits for your imagination.
