The hair prop was made with The AIKO/Hiro figure in mind but is easily adjusted to fit all sorts of figures, a 'FIT' AnimeDoll morph dial is also included and in testing the hair prop was used on Miki. The morph dials make this hair prop fun and versatile, some interesting poses can be achieved by 'mixing and matching' the different styles of movement and transparency effects. It also makes an interesting Hat/Headress. Some readjustment in size and placement of the hair prop may be necessary with some of the dials and/or with some figures but this is minor. This package is also full to the brim with a variety of useful Mat poses, this makes it an extremely versatile hair prop. The High Manga Hair has been designed to work well in an Anime type scene but it works equally well in fantasy, sci fi themes or really whatever theme you like. The different Hat style textures can be mixed and matched by hand in the material area or you can easily apply a Matpose from the huge collection of MatPose files available. If you like making your own textures, easy to use uv maps are also included. See below for what is included in the package and some useful information when using the prop. I hope you enjoy working with the High Manga Hair. Becki Winterfield (OpenMindDesign) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (2): WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE and SOME TIPS AND INFORMATION: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (a) THE HIGH MANGA HAIR PROP ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1 Versatile, crazy, extreme Anime/Manga style hair. HighMangaMK_I.hr2 HighMangaMK_I.rsr HighMangaMK_I.png ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (b) THE POSES/TEXTUREMAT FILES ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mat/Pose Files included: 1 Default Pose Mat file to remove all textures 1 Default Pose File to return the prop to it's default pose. 10 Easy to apply Colour Combination PoseMat Files. 4 Scalp transparency MatPoses 5 Lacy Style transparency PoseMat files. 3 'Hat' style Transparency MatPose files. 1 Headband style MatPose file. 7 Transparency MatPose files for different types of transparency eg: thick hair/fine hair or drawn styles. 26 'Hat' style Texture MatPose files: 6 Different colours + a selection of 'Hat' type MatPoses for each. 4 Metallic style 'mix' PoseMats. 8 Metallic style PoseMats: 4 different colours + 4 'Outer only/Hat style' MatPose files. 16 Hair colour MatPose files That's a fantastic collection of styles and colours to choose from! (see more information on the effects of each MatPose below). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (c) TRANSPARENCY MAPS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The trans maps may be mixed around in the material settings to achieve different results. Using the Transparency Poses. Some important notes/tips for using the transparency and texture mat pose files. Remember to always APPLY THE 'COLOUR' POSEMAT FILE TO THE HAIR PROP FIRST before applying transparencies. Then APPLY THE SCALP (though with the scalp it doesn't really matter which order you do it in) and then APPLY THE 'Alltrn' POSEMAT FILE - For a 'Hat' PoseMat style it is important to follow the steps in order and ALWAYS APPLY THE 'OUTER' MATPOSE FILES LAST or if you want to use the headband transparency APPLY THE TRANSPARENCY MATPOSE last. When using the 'Hat_Inner' Matposes - APPLY THE 'Hat_Inner' MATPOSE LAST it is important to remember these steps if you are wanting to have the inner hair showing through with the transparency. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ (d) HOW THE MATPOSES AFFECT THE PROP ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Alltrn Transparency poses affect all the outer hairs but not the scalp. !TransScalp, !TransScalp1 or !TransScalp2 apply a transparency map to the scalp only. !TransRenderScalp only renders the scalp alone for a short/shaved style. Hat_Inner (Hat_Gold_Inner, Hat_Pastel_Inner etc) will apply material and transparency maps to the main Inner hair (hair1) and the headband transparency to the Outer hair (hair8). !TexCombo, Hat, MetalTX_MX, Metal_Blue and the 'Tex' colour MatPoses affect all of the hair prop Outer (Hat_Outer_Gold, Hat_Outer_Gold2, + Metal_Blue2, Metal_Red2 etc) Pose files will apply the texture to the Outer Hair and not apply to the inner hairs. Headband trans Matpose renders the Outer hair as a headband. !Trns_HatHalf Matpose renders the Outer hair as a Halfsize Hat so that the inner hair shows through more. !Trns_HatNet Matpose renders the Outer hair in a transparent 'net' style !Trns_HatNet2 renders with half the Net. (*) To apply Hat_Inner poses (not including HatLacy_Inner) 1: Apply the !TexCombo, Tex, Plain material colour or Metal matpose of your choice to the hair. 2: Apply !TransScalp, !TransScalp1 or !TransScalp2 pose to apply a transparency map to the scalp or simply skip this step if you don't need to apply a transparency. 3: Apply the 'Alltrns' transparency of your choice 4: Apply the 'Hat_Inner' Matpose of your choice for the inner hat and headband material and transparencies. (**) To apply Hat_Outer poses 1: Apply the !TexCombo, Tex, Plain material colour or Metal matpose of your choice to the hair. 2: Apply !TransScalp, !TransScalp1 or !TransScalp2 pose to apply a transparency map to the scalp or skip this step if you don't need to apply a transparency. 3: Apply the 'Alltrns' transparency of your choice 4: Apply the 'Hat_Outer' Matpose of your choice (***) To apply !Trns_HatNet, !Trns_HatNet2 - !Trns_HatHalf, !TrnsHatLacy_Outer/2 and !TrnsHeadband pose files 1: Apply the !TexCombo, Tex, Plain material colour or Metal matpose of your choice to the hair. 2: Apply !TransScalp, !TransScalp1 or !TransScalp2 pose to apply a transparency map to the scalp or skip this step if you don't need to apply a transparency. 3: Apply the 'Alltrns' transparency of your choice 4: Apply the 'Hat_Outer' Matpose of your choice for the headband/Hat/Net/Lace material. 5: Apply the !trns_Headband Matpose or alternatively apply: !Trns_HatHalf - !Trns_HatNet - !Trns_HatNet2, !TrnsHatLacy_Outer/2 (****)To apply !TrnsHatLacy_Full and !TrnsHatLacy_Half 1: Apply the !TexCombo, Tex, Plain material colour or Metal matpose of your choice to the hair. 2: Apply !TransScalp, !TransScalp1 or !TransScalp2 pose to apply a transparency map to the scalp or skip this step if you don't need to apply a transparency. 3: Apply the 'Hat' Hat_Outer' or Hair texture Matpose of your choice for the Lace material. Or apply a 'material' colour. 5: Apply the !TrnsHatLacy_Full or !TrnsHatLacy_Half of your choice (*****)To apply !TrnsHatLacy_Inner 1: Apply the !TexCombo, Tex, Plain material colour or Metal matpose of your choice to the hair. 2: Apply !TransScalp, !TransScalp1 or !TransScalp2 pose to apply a transparency map to the scalp or skip this step if you don't need to apply a transparency. 3: Apply a 'Hat outer' pose or apply a plain material colour in material settings/room to the Outer Hair (hair8). 4: Apply the 'HatLacy_Inner' Matpose.
