Installation Instructions:

Run WinZip or another Zip-program and extract the "FistfulActions" folder into a Directory of your choice.  The Actions should then be placed in: Program Files>Adobe>Photoshop 7>Presets>Photoshop Actions.  To load the Actions from Photoshop, click Windows>Actions.  In the Actions window, click the small arrow in the upper right and click Load Actions.  Navigate to the folder where you put the Actions (Usually Program Files>Adobe>Photoshop 
7>Presets>Photoshop Actions)
