No conversion necessary.

In your pose library you will find a new folder called MAT Liberte Chic.

I have found that applying MAT files to smart propped items like the shoes only works when the character, in this case V4, is already in the scene so be sure to load her before using the shoe MAT.

The dress MATs do not hide the handles, they are body parts so just turn visibility off for each part to hide them.

Note for Poser users: 

The original Liberte dress had the diffuse and specular values set very low, for these MATS I have it set at 1.0 for each. Occasionally though I have noticed when loading a saved scene it gets reset back down to the original values which makes the dress appear very dark, if this happens then please do the following to correct it.

Go to Materials->Advanced
Locate LDress_Cloth
Set the Diffuse Value to 1.0
Set the Specular Value to 1.0
Repeat for LDress_Trim

Note to DAZ|Studio users:

For the best results I advise using metallic as the lighting model in the surfaces tab for the dress cloth, this will give it a nice shine without looking plastic wrapped.
