This product can be used for your personal and commercial needs with the following conditions:

None of the images included in this package may be given away or resold or redistributed as a standalone product or included in any graphic collections for sale or free distribution.  This restriction includes redistribution in online groups for use in sig graphics, online galleries, or as Paint Shop Pro tubes. 

If the images are used to create derivative digital products for commercial sale they must be incorporated or edited/manipulated in some way that they become integrated into other artwork.  

The images may be used for projects for print purposes such as greeting cards, graphics for teeshirts or mousepads or book covers or scrapbooking kits, and for the web such as website templates, outlook stationaries, sigs, wallpapers, creation of digital jewels... 

In case you have any confusion over these Terms of Use, the point here is that I do not want my work to simply be repackaged and resold in direct competition with itself.  But I DO want designers to be able to incorporate these design elements into other derivative work for commercial purposes.
