Set the OVERWRITE EXISTING FILES option to "ON". After installation load DAZ3D's (TM) Victoria4/Victoria4.1 into your workspace. Uncheck all Inverse Kinematiks. Attach the Morph++ Pack. Then Got to: Pose open arcebus_alleycatz open Assassin 1) IMPORTANT!!! Set "body" as actor and turn Inverse Kinematics OFF!!! 2) doubleclick on the FACE Shape icon first 3) doubleclick on the BODY Shape icon next 4) then doubleclick on the FULL Texture icon Your Assassin is set up now. 5) Important: due to the slighlty differing geometry of the figure some conforming items will not fit at once. Normally (if the cloth/hair is correctly set up) it is the easiest way to check the cloth/hairs "body" at parameters and play with the "scale" wheels first before starting to wheel with the other morphs. 6) If you like, you can save the entire character in your "Figure" folder. 7) The shooting poses DO NOT CHANGE THE HEAD AND NECK settings. This means, that you can use the body poses without experiencing unwanted modifications to any expressions you did set up before. Note: depending to your computers specifications it can take a moment until the poses are loaded. SPECIAL INFO ON EXTERNALLY SCULPTED GEOMETRY The geometry used on this character is Victoria 4.1 by DAZ3D(tm). The morphs (or better: Sculpting) has taken place outside Poser to get far more realistic and more individual results. With those morph-targets, which are not external, but alien, it may be neccessary to override the one or other morph parameter setting. If you don't know how to do this (it's easy, don't worry) please visit ***** www.arcebus.com/alleycatz/download.html ***** where you can find a three-page tutorial explaining this simple yet useful procedure. BONUS CONTENT: The Bonus content mentioned in the promotional text is included in the ZIP files you downloaded. TIPS for usage: The second skin "neoprene suit" installs to your "Pose" folder, right inside the "Assassin" icon structure. It is highly suggested to set "Use Displacement" active in your "Render Settings" (or else you will not have any 3D effects on the suit". The entire amount of additional stuff - the berets, crossbow and arrow and the hairs - will install to "Props" - "Arcebus Alleycatz" - "Assassin". These are one-click-props, smart-propped for Assassin and pretty easy to use. Thank you for purchasing *arcebus Alleycatz Assassin and have as much fun working with the lady as I had while creating this digital sister of a real person. In need of contact please use the Renderosity sitemail, username: arcebus You can mail me directly using the eMail link found in "arcebus_CONTACT.txt" ***** Promotext *arcebus Alleycatz 5: Assassin! "Dreaming in the night I saw a land, where no man had to fight. Waking in your dawn, I saw you crying in the morning light." (Phil and June Colclough, A Song For Ireland) Poser 6 or 7, Daz3D's Victoria 4/4.1 14.90 USD Well - this is an Assassin. Really. Sculpted after a real girl (again). Great bonus pack included! I carefully sculpted her after good friend of mine. Assassin comes with five different eyes (even though the "original" has got only ONE eye colour, blackish brown...) and with a high quality default nude skin. The product pack includes the following bonus items: - the hair (with 2 colours) - the berets in green and black - the facemask in black leather - the neoprene bodysuit - the crossbow (in latin: "arcebus") - and a very unkind arrow The bonus properties are accessible immediately after the installation of the original product files. (Bonus is NOT freeware, NOT public domain - Renderosity license applies on these bonus material!) ... and always remember: if nothing else helps, read the manual (in this case: the readme files...) Images shown here were created in Poser 7, with the firefly rendering engine at "final" settings. No postwork there except for composition and text. The product is tested under Poser 6 and 7 - not tested with DAZ Studio(TM). Requires Daz3D(TM) Victoria 4/4.1 and the Morph++ Pack. Important note: Of course the young lady who was the physical reference for Assassin is a kind, nice, intelligent, reliable and tender person and is in no way related to or engaged in: assassinations, murder, violence and physical or psychological torture and/or cruelties. (I have to write this, she would kill me if I would not mention it.) Not less important note: the morph geometry for Assassin is mainly made using morph-targets which were sculpted outside Poser. Sometimes it can be necessary or useful, to override some of the morph parameter settings for Victoria 4/4.1 - especially for the navel, the nipples and, if you want, for the glute flex's. If you don't know how to do it (it's pretty easy), follow the URL below: www.arcebus.com/alleycatz/download.html and download the "Behind The Morphing Wheel" paper. It's a small AdobeReader(R) file that explains how to optimize (and override) the morph controls. Enjoy!
