Needed Files: Vue 6.5 Infinite or xStream, latest version

Intallation Instructions: 

Unzip the archive using a program that supports .zip archives in a folder of your choice.

Inside it you'll find two folders named Horror&Romance and H&RSpectralClouds.

Put the Horror&Romance folder in Vue's atmospheres folder and the H&RSpectralClouds folder in your Vue's materials folder.

If you did this before starting Vue, upon starting it you'll find all your new atmospheres and materials waiting for you in Vue.
If you had Vue open, either close it and start it again or follow these steps:

Open the atmosphere browser, click on  "Add new collection" and go to the atmospheres folder and select the Horror&Romance folder, 
in the next window where it asks you to select a name for the collection, just click OK and the collection will be added
to your browser.

Next, open the material browser, and here add the H&RSpectralClouds folder just as you added the atmospheres in the atmosphere browser. 
Add new collection -> select folder -> OK.
