Installation:

You will need an unzipping program (such as WinZip, or you can use WindowsXP's unzipping ability). Unzip the files and place them in a folder of your choice.
- .Aco file (Adobe Photoshop swatches file) should be placed in appropriate Photoshop folder, usually that's C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Color Swatches.
- .ABR (Photoshop Brushes file) should be placed (usually) in: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Brushes
- .PAT (Photoshop Pattern files) should be placen in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Patterns

You should have exited Photoshop prior to copying the files so when you re-open it, everything appears where it should be. :-)

Then you load your swatches / brushes / patterns as you would load any other preset from within Photoshop.

Usage Tips:

- If you are planning to reduce the shapes, use 'sharpen' filter to get the sharpness shown on the promo image.
- Also, sometimes there is a fine black line around the shapes. In Photoshop you can use 'Layer'>'Matting'>Remove white / black mate or Defringe to avoid that.
- When you use the brushes, if you are planning to reduce the shapes, it's best if you did that by scaling down the brush size, rather than stamping a big brush, then reduce the size of the image.
- interesting variation of the brushes can be accomplished by playing with the brush presets pallete. For example, for the tiny flowers try to check the 'image size' box and then set the slider to about 70& and try stamping - you will get nice bigger and smaller sizes of the same brush - this is great when you want to stamp the flowers on some trees (like promo 04).
- also, play with the hue/saturation slider - it will give you a nice colour combinations of the brush.
- also try this (done on thumb 02 and promo 02 - top middle 'flower' image) - take your brush, make it fairly large size and fill it with one colour. Scale it down and fill it with another colour. Then scale it down again and fill it with yet another colour. That way you will get a nice layered 'colour-deep' flower.
- and as always, i am sure you will manage to produce many other things that even I am not aware off. :-)
