Extract the zip file into your Poser-Directory. All files will be placed as shown below from the files list.

Usage Tips: 

Load Victoria 4 in Poser; then Hr-035, select Hr-035, choose the Figure menu>Conform to, when the choose actor dialog appears; select Victoria 4, that's it.
