Instructions:

Load your Victoria 4 as you usually would, then the character and texture of your choice. From the Prop library go to the Sexy Tongue folder and load the Sexy Tongue prop for V4. Then Move to the Poses Library and go to V4:Sexy Tongue Poses:Sexy Tongue MAT and run the remove base tongue pose to hide the original tongue that comes with V4. Next move up one level in the folder tree and choose your the pose you wish to inject into the tongue and face.
