Instructions:

Load your Michael 4 as you usually would, then the character and texture of your choice. From the Prop library go to the Sexy Tongue folder and load the Sexy Tongue prop for M4. Then Move to the Poses Library and go to DAZ's Michael 4:Sexy Tongue:00 MAT and run the remove base tongue pose to hide the original tongue that comes with M4 (If you change textures you'll need to run this one again each time you do). Next move up one level in the folder tree and choose your the pose you wish to inject into the tongue and face.
