Installation Instructions:
 

Run WinZip or another Zip-program and extract the folder to your Runtime.  This will install the lights in Poser at Runtime>Libraries>Light>DramaticLights.

Tips:

Before rendering, turn raytracing on.  These lights may slightly increase render times.
