To install this product simply Unzip the files and:- 

copy the S3D-4X4ES-Textures Folder from Runtime>Textures to C:\Program Files\** \Poser #\Runtime\textures
copy the S3D-4X4ES-Geometries Folder from Runtime>geometries to C:\Program Files\** \Poser #\Runtime\geometries

And continue this for all the folders in the runtime zip.

** this will be Curious Labs, Metacreation, e-frontier or smith Micro depending on which version of poser you have.
