I'll tell you how to do one yourself using Paintshop Pro but it's almost the same if you use any other program- First, you go to the brushes & use the default round one & make whatever size you want then for the settings you can adjust them to these: Size=whatever size you want, Hardness=0, Step=32, Density=100, Thickness=100, Rotation=0, Opacity=80, Soft Light, & uncheck continuation & wet look paint. You can play around with the settings to see what kind you'd like. I always end up using these settings though. Need help glowing your fairy abit? You can glow the fairy 2 ways I know- after you put the fairy on your picture, go to Effects then Eye Candy 3.1 then Glow then make the settings- 5, 80, fat, Draw everywhere. If you do not have Eye Candy then you can put the fairy on the picture then make sure you highlight your image then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, then Radius 1.00 depending on what you like.
