This collection of 30 hand painted "Artistic Eyes" + 26 Eye Liners and 2 Bleeding mascaras were created with only a few custom brushes, my wacom tablet & pen, everything was done by hand & imagination - "Created by an Artist, for Artists" You can use for personal and commercial use, but do not include them in another package/collection in whole or in part for sale or for free as they are (they should be applied to the character texture or artwork before distributing or selling the character/artwork.) They are intended for use by merchants who wish to create textures for characters, or as applied during the postwork process, also as a 2d resource for 2D artists, but you may use them any way you see fit so long as they are not distributed "as is."
