WARNING: In P6 there sometimes is 180 degree blowout of clothing items. To fix this simply dial the body rotation of Cookie on the y axis to 181 or 179. 

There will be a certain degree of poke-through of the collars of the dress in some poses. I would suggest tweaking with the up/down and back/front morphs. In extreme cases you may have to hide the protruding body part. 

You can lengthen or shorten the skirt by selecting the hip and using the 'shorter-longer' dial.

Open the zip file in WinZip
Click EXTRACT
Verify that ALL FILES is checked
Verify that USE FOLDER NAMES is checked
Extract the folder to your Poser directory and Winzip 
should create the path to the files.
