Installation Instructions:

Unzip the zip file to your runtime folder.
All files will extract to the correct folder and be ready to be used.
When importing into Daz Studio it is necessary to adjust:
  the bump strength to 150%; 
  the negative slider to -1.5;
  the posotive slider to .5 and the Lighting Model to Matte for the walls and roof.
Usage Tips\Limitations
The mat files are provided for 
Summer look:
This is a colour full set that shows flowers growing up the walls:
Winter look
This is ideal a seasonal look Christmas or winter.

NOTE
****
For the summer look and To give an individual look to each building I have included image files for the walls of the houses with various numbers of flowers and colours.
these can be added by going to the materails room selecting the sections of the house you wish to apply the changes.
For the winter look I have included some extra image files that will allow have differentsnow paterns on the buildings.
