IF USING PAINTSHOP PRO OR GIMP A FREE PROGRAM CALLED "ABR VIEWER" CAN BE USED TO CONVERT THE BRUSHES INTO IMAGES. 
FROM HERE YOU CAN CREATE THEM INTO BRUSHES IN YOUR CHOSEN PROGRAM.

Installation Instructions:
after unzipping the contents place the .abr file in your Adobe/Photoshop/Presets/Brushes folder and
the .asl file in your Adobe/Photoshop/Presets/styles folder..

Open the papers in any graphics program supporting .png files.
