Product Description:
This comes with 2 zipped files/For Poser

Poser:
The Cottage is for exterior scenes. All doors open ,and with use of the smart props leaves,
ice, and snow the cottage can be used in all seasons of the year.
A total of 36 smart props and a few regular props.
Included are 86 MAT Pose files to change colors of siding, shingle styles an colors,spouts,gutters,fench, 
facials, window trim,cottage trim,vents,doors,old curtans,broken glass making the appearance of the 
cottage from clean and decent to old and rough,and dirty.
Also there are 115jpg textures of high quality for the best renders.   

Compatibility/System Requirements:

Poser:
This package requires an IBM PC with Poser 6, I have it tested in Poser 5 and works fine except for the
"newer versions warning and will attempt to read anyway" pop up.
Also tested with Daz Studio 2.3 and it worked except for the windows and metal shaders.
Also tested with Carrara 6 Pro and worked good as long as you leave cottage centered when imported,
when props are imported just raise them up with the Y axes.
Since I'm just a rookie with Daz and Carrara I'm sure there's work arounds.

4 Pz3 Scenes and 6 of the props pz3 are included to use in Poser 6 and Vue 6. If used in Vue delete the backdrop 
and yard as you can create your own scene.

All Object and mtl files are included and can be imported into Bryce or any other program that use these
files.

Because I do not know the requirements needed for this product to work on a Mac,
Use on a Mac will not be supported.
       

Usage Tips/Limitations:

Using the figure:
1) Start Poser.
2) Go to the [Schurbys Houses] Library.
3) Always add the [Cottage][CottageforYard] to your scene first to suit your taste. The props are under "House Props" in Props menu
load the Yard prop if using as most of the smart props are parented to the Cottage or Yard. 
The MAT Pose are under "Houses" in Pose menu. 
4) In Body Parts there are ldoor, rdoor, for front, and sdoor for side door, and screendoor. Clicking these 
and scrolling down to Close/Open dial will open and close door.The Garage and Fence the doors and gates are the same.
5) 86 MAT Pose files to change colors of siding, shingle styles an colors,spouts,gutters,fench, 
facials, window trim,cottage trim,vents,doors,old curtans,broken glass making the appearance of the 
cottage from clean and decent to old and rough,and dirty. As for Garage,Trees,Fence,Backgrounds,Driveway,Sidewalks,
Trash Can,Yard,and Grass Blades.
6) All bump textures are included with the letter "b" at the end of the texture name as jpg's.
7) All Props have been stripped of the obj. file and they are included. In case you may want to remap a
prop.
8) Of 115 textures,some such as shingles, facials, window treatments, outer frames, etc can just have the color use wish 
to use by changing all the areas where the present colors are.
9) All the textures may need a little tweeking to suit your taste or lighting used in scene.
10) I encourage you to make your own. The obj files are mapped and UVMapper Classic is free to save the templates.
