Requirements :

Any unzipping program. Photoshop (*any version) or Paint Shop Pro (*any version)

Installation and instructions:

~PS/PSP~
Un-zip and save to a folder you create on your hard drive. You can 
then open them in PS/PSP and work with images over these backgrounds they are in a 
.jpg format, for the .png format you place your desired image under the .png!

*General Usage Tips and Tricks!

T & T's on using Jpeg, TIFF, PNG and PSD Layered Format Products:

For multipurpose editing and creating. Use these files in any photo 
editing program like Photoshop, or Paintshop Pro. All of my Jpeg, Png files and 
PSD Layers are created so that they will work in all versions of 
PS/PSP! They can be added to any photo or picture for unique and 
interesting effects! Everthing from backgrounds, Tubes to Brushes, using these can 
add interest and drama to all of your creative projects. Enhance your work by lowering 
the opacity, blending them down and make them barely visable yet adding a touch of
color and interest to your work. Using them at full opacity creates a more dramatic image.

Tip's & Trick's using Layers and PNG's

When using PNG's in any project, you can flip the item over and reduce the opacity, add blur and 
merge it on your document and add the same image on top to create a faux reflection!
